Top Cupboard Food Pantry
The Top Cupboard Food Pantry, located at Trinity Church, was initially started in 2013 to provide food for seniors in the community and provides food, toiletries, and a Market Basket gift card to about thirty families. Donations come from local residents, as well as food drives by Masconomet students, local elementary school students, and the Topsfield police.
Top Cupboard is a community effort including local residents, Trinity Episcopal Church, the Topsfield Congregational Church, St. Rose’s Catholic Church confirmation class, Our Savior Lutheran Church, The Institution for Savings, local scout and Brownie troops, and Masconomet High School.
Surplus donations are shared with Emmaus House in Haverhill, Acord Food Pantry in Hamilton, Beverly Bootstraps, and others. Parishioners are welcome to help with donations, stocking shelves, and staffing the pantry.
The pantry is open the 2nd and 4th Saturday every month from 8 to 10am.
